Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pure Canna Co., we take pride in offering premium, compliant, and craft-made solventless cannabis products. Due to the nature of our products and regulatory requirements, all sales are considered final unless your item is damaged or defective upon arrival. We are committed to your satisfaction and will evaluate refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To request a refund or replacement, email us at [your email address] with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the packaging and item(s) received

We will review your claim and respond within 2–4 business days. Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to health, safety, and compliance standards, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Opened or used jars of rosin or flower

  • Perishable items (e.g., gummies, edibles)

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Orders placed in error by the customer

  • Shipping delays due to carrier issues or incorrect addresses

  • Packages seized or refused due to regional laws or restrictions


⚠️ Cannabis Product Regulations

All products sold by Pure Canna Co. are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% Δ9 THC, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. However, individual states may restrict or prohibit THCa or related hemp-derived cannabinoids. We do not ship to states where these products are banned or legally unclear.

💡 It is the customer’s responsibility to know their local laws. Refunds will not be issued for orders seized, returned, or rejected due to regional compliance issues.


🔄 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hour of purchase as long as they haven’t begun processing or shipping. After that window, we cannot cancel the order.

To request cancellation, email PurePressCo.2025@gmail.com with "Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]" in the subject line.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivery. In the event of a lost package, please first contact the carrier. If further support is needed, reach out and we’ll do our best to help file a claim.
